Heather – Office Administrator
Heather has been working with Dr. Bucaj since 2005. Through the years, she has had great opportunities to expand her knowledge in the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry, Invisalign orthodontics, Disorders of the TMJ, Cosmetic Tooth Colored Fillings / Veneers and Crowns, Moderate IV Conscious Sedation and custom made Nightguards. Heather has completed additional education in the study of implant dentistry coordinating and is held to the highest standards of care for all of our valued patients. When not working, Heather enjoys spending time with her two children.
Matt – Lead Assitant / Tactical Swat
Paramedic-18 Year Veteran Fire Rescue
Matt brings his highly technical IV Moderate Sedation skills to our Office for our Patient comfort under Dr.Bucaj’s direct supervision. Matt maintains a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emergency Medical Sciences and actively pursuing a Masters Degree in Emergency Management.
Jenn – Surgical Dental Assistant
Jennifer is originally from Maine but moved to Florida in the early 1990’s to escape the cold winters. She relocated her family to Vero Beach for its beautiful beaches and great school system. She served in the Navy Reserve for 8 years as a dental technician. She has been in the dental field for over 25 years and brings all of her experience to our office. She enjoys the close- knit family feel of the office and is looking forward to making you feel like part of our family also.
Michelle – Patient Care Coordinator
Michelle has been in the dental field for over 25 years. She has experience as a Patient Care Coordinator (Assistant) in all aspects of dental care. From general dentistry to oral surgery. On her free time she enjoys being with her 2 children, her fiance, and her dog. She also loves the outdoors and watching old classic movies.
Chelsey – Certified Registered Dental Hygienist
Chelsey graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program as a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified in Local Anesthesia delivery at Eastern Florida State College in 2018. Chelsey also utilizes the latest advanced technology with Loupes that are 2.5 magnification to deliver meticulous oral hygiene. Prior to being a hygienist Chelsey was a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) for 6 years. On her free time she enjoys going on the boat, trips to the beach, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog Axle.
